Year-round Pilates for Locals + Seasonal Residents
A More Individual Approach to Pilates.
No two bodies move the same, and your Pilates practice shouldn't be one-size-fits-all.
At Shasta Pilates, every session is approached with intention. Private appointments and small group classes combine expert instruction with the attention, precision, and adaptability needed to make your practice truly effective.
Whether you're stepping onto a Reformer for the first time, refining an established practice, building strength, or returning to movement after injury, the focus is always on how you move and where you want to go.

ONLY FOUR TO A CLASS
Semi-private group classes are intentionally limited to four, allowing for focused instruction and individual attention throughout your workout.

PRIVATE ENVIRONMENT
Your time in the studio is yours, and we care about your privacy. Clients are never photographed or filmed for social media content without their request.

MORE THAN REFORMER
Every station includes access to a Reformer, Chair, Fuse Ladder, and more, creating greater variety and opportunity within each workout.
Semi-Private Group Pilates Classes
Experience the energy of moving alongside others with the attention you'd expect from a much more individualized session.
With just four clients per class, Shasta can observe, adjust, modify, and challenge throughout your workout. Each station incorporates multiple pieces of Pilates equipment, creating a dynamic practice focused on strength, control, mobility, and meaningful progression.
Private Pilates Sessions
Private appointments offer the highest level of individualized instruction, with each session shaped around your body, movement patterns, experience, and goals.
Ideal for those who prefer one-on-one attention, are new to Pilates, have specific performance goals, or are returning to movement following physical therapy, surgery, or injury.
Prefer to practice together? Private appointments may also be reserved for up to four friends or family members.
The strongest practice is the one that evolves with you.
