STUDIO POLICIES:

Payment is required upon booking session.

Sessions are 50 minutes and will begin/end promptly at scheduled appointment time.

​ Please leave yourself enough time for parking. 

Please avoid heavy perfumes in group classes.

No cell phones allowed in group classes. 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in a full charge for the session.  

If you cannot make your cancellation within a 24-hour period, please consider gifting your scheduled appointment to a friend or family member who may appreciate it. It never feels good to charge anyone for a missed session or late cancellation, so please cancel if you think it may not work for you.  You can always call to see if the appointment is still available in the event things change. 

Private sessions and/or packages are transferable but non-refundable. 

 All sessions must be used within 3 months from purchase or gift certificate date (unless noted otherwise).
